“What we say and how we say it makes a difference. If we want to speak to people, we need to know their language. In order to design for understanding, we need to understand design.”
– Erik Spiekermann, German typographer, designer and writer –

I am also versatile in maneuvering between print and web, between brick-and-mortar print shops and web/IT consultants, between PCs and Macs, and also between Web and Mobile formatting. I also enjoy designing logos, and I’m familiar with corporate design.
My ultimate goal is to create design that is easy to read and understand but that also stimulating and dynamic to view. In addition, I believe that Graphic Design is about much more than simply visual communication. It also includes a skillful level of verbal, written, and interpersonal communication. The ability to successfully create and exchange productive dialogue with my client, and quite often, the general public is the key to delivering the best graphic design results to my customers.
In my opinion, one of the most exciting aspects of Graphic Design is the opportunity to learn more about my client's fields and their expertise. I always enjoy learning more about my customers, their businesses, and their target audience so that I can adapt my design to fit their needs. Ideally, with collaboration, we will successfully create innovative solutions for their projects.
It’s my top priority to ensure that my client’s objectives are met and that they also receive high quality design products. First and foremost, my passion and strength is in print design. Since so much design is online and digital these days, it’s a skill in which fewer and fewer individuals possess a traditional formal education, training and certification.
